I believed I wasn’t good enough and unworthy of being paid for my skills and capabilities. Even when others praised my work, I thought they were “just being nice.”

​But everything changed when I began my self-discovery journey. I learned to stop people-pleasing and settling for less than I deserved. I faced my inner critic and listened to my inner sage - that wise, intuitive voice that believed in me long before I did.
This led me to overcome Imposter Syndrome, start building on the unshakable belief that I am more than enough and that confidence wasn't something others were born with!

I have over thirty years professional experience as a Personal Assistant/Office Manager to C-Suite executives — combined with my training as a Business and Mindset Coach, Money Mindset Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, Self-Love Coach and Microsoft Lead Trainer. I've also coached, mentored and trained more than 350 women worldwide.
