My coaching style is client centric as I focus on the person, their current situation, their beliefs and perspective of themselves. I believe that this approach is most effective for helping clients to become more self aware, identify their strengths and skills and create new and empowered beliefs.

HOW DO THE COACHING SESSIONS UNFOLD?
During a coaching session, I usually ask the client about their progress since the last session and any challenges or roadblocks they have encountered. I may also ask them to discuss specific goals or action steps that they have been working on. I will then work with the client to identify strategies and resources that can help them to overcome any challenges and stay on track towards their goals.
HOW DO YOU HOLD CLIENTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR MEETING THEIR GOALS?
I hold clients accountable for meeting their goals by establishing specific accountability measures, such as progress reports or action steps between coaching sessions. These measures help clients to stay on track and make progress toward their goals. I also provide ongoing support and guidance to help clients overcome any challenges or roadblocks that may arise.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A CLIENT REPEATEDLY FAILS TO FOLLOW THROUGH ON AGREED UPON ACTION STEPS?
If a client repeatedly fails to follow through on agreed-upon action steps, I will work with them to identify any challenges or roadblocks hindering their progress. We may need to adjust the action steps or coaching plan to meet the client's needs better and support their success.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

WHAT IS LIFE COACHING?
Life Coaching is a means of working together, one on one or in groups, to help one transform specific areas of their life, thereby creating time freedom, financial freedom and flexibility to be and do what lights them up.
It helps one reach their goals in less time than if they were doing it on their own. A Coach will guide you and support you, help you overcome mental blocks and beliefs that no longer serve you so that you can reach your goals and live your dream life.
WHAT DOES 'MINDSET' MEAN?
Good question! Your mindset is a set of beliefs that include your thoughts and feelings which shape what you think about yourself and the world around you. It forms your reality and impacts the actions you take on a daily basis.
These beliefs would have been formed when you were a child and are ingrained in your subconscious. The people in your world at that age would have been your parents, carers, pastor, teachers, family and friends and they would have influenced you in one way or another.

COACHING WORK?
Life Coaching is a modality which includes techniques such as powerful questioning, Neuro-Linguistic programming, Emotional Freedom Technique, practical tips and resources designed to shift the way a person currently thinks about themselves.
We delve into a client's past experiences to help them understand the beliefs they hold and where they stemmed from. We also provide them with support and accountability to help them stay focused and on track with their goals.
HOW DO YOU
MEASURE PROGRESS?
At the start of each coaching session, we will ask you to share the activities you worked on since your last session. We celebrate your wins, discuss your woes and what you have learned. We measure progress and your success based on these activities and how you felt after each one. This allows us to track your progress and identify areas where additional support may be needed. We reference them to your goals and work on what needs to change or what is working for you. The idea is for you to become the best version of yourself. It doesn't happen overnight but you will surely reach your goal if you are committed, consistent and take inspired action every day.
HOW CAN I FIT COACHING
INTO MY BUSY SCHEDULE?
We've been asked this question a lot of times and understand that we as women wear a lot of hats! We juggle being a mom, wife, carer, our careers and our personal life.
Coaching is an investment of your time, money and energy and we will help you delegate tasks, delete them or defer them so you can focus on yourself during and after our sessions.
Your diary will have the space to invest more time in income generating tasks to help you move your business forward and to also take care of your health and wellbeing.
