The aim is for them to become influential agents for gender equality and forge a prosperous path for themselves and their Organisation.

This coaching program has been thoughtfully designed for Maltese Human Resources professional women. We will help them gain clarity of their leadership style and enhance their soft skills and digital skills so that they can successful lead diverse teams.

The Director and Founder of Global Mindset Solutions, Coach Naz, knows all to well how our self-limiting beliefs can hold us back from reaching our full potential.
Naz is a certified Business and Mindset Coach, Self-Love Coach and NLP Master Practitioner. She has gone on her own self-discovery journey and transformed her life, by using personal and professional life lessons learnt and techniques from her coaching training.

THE IMPACT OF UNCONSCIOUS BIASES
To raise awareness of the impact of unconscious biases and beliefs which will help the women bridge the digital skills gap in the workplace.
WEEK TWO
THE CONCEPT OF DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
To understand the concept of Diversity and Inclusion and the benefits of promoting it within their Organisation.
WEEK THREE
CROSS CULTURAL COMMUNICATION
To enhance their communication and digital skills so that they can attract, recruit and retain talented people from different backgrounds using online platforms and applications.
WEEK FOUR
BOOST YOUR
LEADERSHIP SKILLS
To enhance their leadership and soft skills so that they can lead with confidence and clarity and build inclusive and engaged teams.
WEEK FIVE
ENHANCE EMPLOYEE RETENTION
To work towards closing the gender inequality gap by partnering with C-Suite leaders. Being part of the decision-making process and having their voice heard will help effect change within their Recruitment Policies and Procedures.​
WEEK SIX
THE ACTION PLAN
To create an Action Plan with their next steps which will include being more visible as a leader, boosting the employer’s brand and providing new and existing employees with a positive working experience.
The Coaching Program Details
TRAINING MATERIAL
Attendees will be provided with a F.I.T. (Females in Tech Coaching Workbook with practical hands on exercises. They will also be given tips and techniques that they can implement into their daily lives with ease.
​
This will include an outline of the coaching program, attendance certificates, consent forms, feedback forms and a survey.
